James Street Store Window Display Mannequins

The photos in this journal capture mannequins from fashion shop window displays along James Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Australia. According to a fashion blog post, the James Street precinct is considered Brisbane’s fashion hub.

What Window Display Caught My Eye?

The first image, featuring photo frames, street reflections, and a mannequin silhouette, is from Calexico’s boutique. The second photo, taken at Silk Laundry, shows a mannequin covered in paper mache, highlighting its textured surface. The final image is a shadow of a mannequin’s arm and hand, captured at the entrance of Kookai on a sunny morning.
