Mysterious Doll Photographed in Black and White
In January, I found a doll among a bag of toys left for kerbside pickup.
She has green plastic moulded hair, long limbs, a tiny waist, and a bathing suit. Oddly, there is no detail in her eyes—perhaps the previous owner removed stickers that once gave them expression. Despite searching online, I couldn’t identify her origins.
I photographed the doll in a series of yoga poses, capturing her form in black and white macro images.
